Hanare/Zanshin

Hanare is the moment when Ite releases the arrow from the bow. He releases his energy which is expanded into the maximum. Then the energy continues to be released all around him. After he draws the arrow, Ite goes back to Honza. Next, he draws another arrow then draws his breath again.
